Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. brussel sprouts
- 1.5 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. honey
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425
- Chop the brussel sprouts in half
- Toss the brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper
- Lay them in a single layer on a baking sheet
- Bake for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through
- Place the brussel sprouts in a bowl and toss with balsamic vinegar and honey
- Optional: place back in the oven and broil for 1-2 minutes
- Enjoy!
