Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. brussel sprouts
  • 1.5 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. honey

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Chop the brussel sprouts in half
  3. Toss the brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper
  4. Lay them in a single layer on a baking sheet
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through
  6. Place the brussel sprouts in a bowl and toss with balsamic vinegar and honey
  7. Optional: place back in the oven and broil for 1-2 minutes
  8. Enjoy!
