Meatballs
Makes 9x13 pan
Ingredients
- Meatball mix
- 2 lb ground beef
- 2 egg
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 2/3 cup milk
- salt
- pepper
- Sauce
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp vinegar
- 1.5 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup water
Directions
- Mix meatball ingredients together
- Roll into balls and place into a 9x13 pan
- Mix sauce ingredients together
- Cover the meatballs with the sauce
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
- Ensure meatballs have reached 160 degrees
