Brownies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter, melted
• 2 cups white sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Combine the melted butter and sugar
3. Add eggs and vanilla and stir
4. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until combined
5. spray pan with nonstick spray
6. Spread the batter into the pan
7. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with just a couple of crumbs
